On December 7th, 2017, Yutime was invited to join the Houston Business and Investment Opportunity conference hosted by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and co-hosted by the Beijing Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the New York Branch of Bank of China, the Houston City Council, the Greater Houston Partnership, the Consulate General of the PRC in Houston, and several other agencies. We held extensive talks with city government officials and industry counterparts. That evening, the management and overseas business staff of Yutime were invited to a dinner with the Houston mayor and other government figures where they continued an exchange of ideas.
Honored as a global energy capital, Houston ranks as the fourth largest economy in the US. The mayor of Houston Sylvester Turner and President/CEO of the Greater Houston Partnership Bob Harvey visited China together with about 70 leaders from city government, banking enterprises and the energy industry, to conduct exchanges and deepen cooperation with China’s government and domestic enterprises. The subject of the conference was the massive investment and project opportunities offered by Houston, serving as a bridge for Sino-US communication and collaboration in terms of culture, science, technology, education, energy, healthcare, commerce and finance.
